Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide your original order details.
Prepare for Inspection
Ensure the furniture is clean, unassembled, and placed back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, our specialized white-glove logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the items from your residence.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and pickup fees, within 7-10 business days.
